The impact plan that was computed (same shape as plan_delete).

§applied: Vec<RefSite>

Soft references actually scrubbed. Empty for CascadePolicy::DryRun.

§deleted_entry: Option<String>

Dotted path of the removed entry, e.g. providers.models.anthropic.default. None for a dry run.
