Why the audited resolver dropped a candidate skill directory/file. Carries the human-readable detail the loader already logs, so the dashboard can show the same reason without re-running the audit.

audit_* returned Ok(report) with findings. summary = report.summary(); scripts_blocked is true when the secure-default script policy is the blocker, so consumers can offer the skills.allow_scripts = true hint without re-parsing the human-readable summary.
