Result of a resilient (never-failing) config load.

Fields

config: Config

Loaded config: every section that parsed, Default for any dropped.

dropped: Vec<String>

Non-security paths dropped during salvage (logged WARN).

dropped_security: Vec<String>

SECURITY_CRITICAL_KEYS sections dropped to Default (logged ERROR). Non-empty means the running posture may be weaker than intended.
